How to Use:
1. Remove the seal tape along the back of the pad. Stick the pad to the inner side of
your underwear.
2. Remove the seal tape on the wings of the pad. Fold both wings and stick the wings to
the outer side of your underwear.
3. Change your pad every few hours, or when it is soaked.
4. Wrap used pads in the wrapper or toilet paper, then throw it in a dustbin. DO NOT
THROW A DIRTY PAD IN THE TOILET
